About Wallace Appraisal Services

Wallace Appraisal Services Ltd. is an independent fee appraisal service.The company is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and has been active since May 1993. It is privately owned and is not affiliated with outside companies or financial institutions. We complete property appraisals for a wide range of customers and also provide other services such as progress inspections, consulting, court testimony or other studies related to real estate.

We have a full-time appraisal staff of four. All of our staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Our office features networked PC's, high quality black and white and colour laser printers, digital cameras, scanners and dedicated high speed DSL Internet access. We have direct on-line access to the Alberta Land Title system, the Spatial Plan Index (SPIN) for survey plans, and the Calgary Real Estate Board MLS residential and commercial databases. We are able to transmit our appraisal reports electronically using software from CSA Canada or reports can be sent as an Email attachment in Adobe Acrobat format (pdf). 

Our Customers

Our customers include banks, government agencies, corporations, relocation companies, law firms and private individuals. These are some of our clients:
