Wallace Appraisal Services Ltd. is an independent fee appraisal service.The company is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and has been active since May 1993.

It is privately owned and is not affiliated with outside companies or financial institutions.

We complete property appraisals for a wide range of customers and also provide other services such as progress inspections, consulting, court testimony or other studies related to real estate.

We have a full-time appraisal staff of four that is available to handle a wide variety of residential appraisal assignments. All of our staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
