Wallace Appraisal Services Ltd. is an independent fee appraisal service.The company is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and has been active since May 1993.

It is privately owned and is not affiliated with outside companies or financial institutions.

We complete property appraisals for a wide range of customers and also provide other services such as progress inspections, consulting, court testimony or other studies related to real estate.

We have a full-time apppraisal staff of three and one part-time appraiser that is available to handle overflow work. All of our staff have appraisal designations, CRA or AACI, from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
